Moominvalley Park Japan - the mug is only available in Norway at Ting stores! The cute Moomin mug from Moomin by Arabia was launched in 2019 to celebrate the new Moomin theme park in Hanno, Japan. The mug received huge demand and popularity upon launch, and was only sold at the theme park. Now, a limited number of the original mug will be available in the physical Ting stores!

In the mug's illustration, the characters run after each other with the surroundings of Moominvalley in the background. The illustration shows Moomin, Snufkin, Mymlins, Primadonna's horse and other characters from the Moomin stories. The color scheme is distinctive with light pastel colors, which accentuates the magical feeling. The original artwork with the characters is from Tove Jansson's advertisement for Föreningsbanken (1956). The Moomin house and the landscape with the trees are inspired by Tove Jansson's Moomin cartoon Desert Island from 1955.
