Delivery locations

Ting only ships goods to mainland Norway.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping costs

Flat shipping of either 59,- or 79,- based on selected delivery location.
Ting uses Postnord as a carrier.

Remember to use the correct address and zip code in your delivery address.

Pick up at delivery location or parcel box

The shipment is normally delivered within 2 - 6 business days. Notification of the arrival of the package is sent to the recipient's email address, or as an SMS if you have entered your mobile number. The package is collected at the specified delivery location. Up to 35 kg.

The package must be picked up within the deadline for receipt of the pick-up notice. If for various reasons the package cannot be picked up within this time frame, please contact ting at kundeservice@ting.no . If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to us. This is not the same as exercising the right of withdrawal, and a fee will be charged for additional shipping and administrative costs as a result of this.

Unclaimed packages

Postnord sends a notification of the arrival of goods as soon as it has arrived at the delivery location. If the package is not collected within a few days, the notification will be sent again. If the package is not collected within the specified collection period, it will be returned to Ting Bergen AS with a notification that the package was not collected.

Ting reserves the right to charge a fee for shipments that are not collected. This fee covers our administrative costs in connection with processing the return. The fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, after which the remainder will be refunded to your registered credit card. You will be notified by email of this.

Uncollected packages: 300,- incl. VAT in fee (in some cases the fee is lower, depending on the total value of the package and shipping cost).

Exercising your right of withdrawal and not collecting an order are not the same. If you wish to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, we ask you to collect the package and follow the instructions that will be included with your order.
