Or send us an email at kundeservice@ting.no and give us information about which item(s) you want to return. We will send you a return label that can be used to return the items.

  • 14 days open purchase from date of receipt
  • When returning/cancelling a purchase, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
  • Does not apply to food and hygiene items with broken seals.
  • The money will be refunded within 14 days from Ting Bergen AS receiving your return.
  • Return postage (79 NOK) is covered by the customer and will be deducted from the amount we refund.

The refund/refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to the card you used when ordering. If you paid by gift card, the amount will be sent to you on a new gift card.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible after discovering damage by emailing kundeservice@ting.no . It is important that you provide complete feedback on any damage that has occurred and send pictures of the damage. This will make the whole process go faster, and we will be able to sort out the damage in no time. We will send you a completed return form.
